Note the sweeping curve of the spur track leading into the facility, part of which remains. The track marks the division between the older Rookwood Pavilion shopping center on the LeBlond property and the newer Rookwood Commons on the Hyde Park Lumber property. All that remains of either is the LeBlond power plant and smoke stack, now Don Pablo's restaurant, and the southeast corner of the main office building, which is now a freestanding tower.
