IR&T - Interurban Railway & Terminal Company
0008_b37_f50_n004
Historic photo of the CG&P on Kellogg Avenue in Columbia-Tusculum, looking northwest from Donham Avenue. The car at the top right is parked on Donham Avenue, although the viaduct originally came onto Kellogg slightly behind the vantage point of this photo. It had been removed 10 years prior. After abandonment of the IR&T in 1922, the CG&P had to build their own tracks in the street to get to the new terminal location at Stanley Avenue which opened in 1924. The building mentioned a few shots back at Congress, which the CG&P had to swing around, can be seen in the distance. From the University of Cincinnati Library Digital Resource Commons, Street Construction and Improvements collection.
