The CH&D Railroad's Delphos Division tracks crossed at a sharp angle from the fence at the far left to the grassy area to the left of the Cricket Wireless wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube man and the two traffic signals facing Abbey to the left. The street railway company gradually bought out and upgraded the tracks on 3rd Street, first to Elmhurst Avenue at the Soldiers Home and later to Miller Avenue.
