C&LE - Cincinnati & Lake Erie Railroad
0050_Interurban119
Historic photo of C&LE car 119 at the Ohio Railway Museum in Worthington, north of Columbus. This was one of their famed Red Devil cars, built in 1930. It and six others were sold to the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City Railway after the C&LE folded in 1939. After that company abandoned electric passenger service in 1953 they sold it to the Ohio Railway Museum. It is currently stored out of service and under a tarp for protection.
