A possible CG&P spillway below the culvert from the last photo, looking northwest towards Kellogg Avenue from the top of the culvert. This concrete structure appears to be for channeling the water from the culvert down the hill. Note the two very small rails used for structural reinforcing that have been exposed as the concrete deteriorates.
