Laurel feeder culvert to the Whitewater Canal under the Whitewater Valley Railroad embankment. The amount of silt that's been deposited is significantly restricting water flow along the entire length of the canal. Jinks Lock 29 is behind the large cottonwood tree at the right, and the wooden bridge is over the spillway channel.
