NYC/CCC&St. L - New York Central/Big Four, Whitewater Division - Indiana & Ohio, Brookville Subdivision
Underneath the Dry Fork Creek bridge, looking south. This stone abutment for both the road bridge and railroad dates to the 1830s or 1840s Cincinnati & Whitewater Canal aqueduct. The aqueduct itself ran where the road bridge is now, and the railroad is on the location of the towpath which most likely had a wooden bridge.
