Historic photo of the C&LE freight branch on Llanfair Avenue in College Hill, looking east across Belmont Avenue. Since tracks in pavement a much more difficult to remove, most were left in place. They were easy to remove from the dirt and gravel on the side of the street however. The track at the bottom of the picture is for the College Hill streetcar route to go back towards downtown.
