Abandoned buildings along the Cincinnati & Westwood right-of-way near Saffin Avenue in South Fairmount, looking north up the hill. It appears that for a few hundred yards west of Saffin, the ROW was used as a road/pedestrian access to a few houses or other buildings that have long since been abandoned.
